On Friday 25 December 2020, the starred Chef Rocco De Santis wait for you with a tasty menu paired with wines selected by the Sommelier Alessandro Fé.

The location of the ancient Torre della Pagliazza houses only seven tables located on the first floor of the Brunelleschi Hotel.
