The setting is always that of the enchanting Byzantine tower of Pagliazza, with only seven exclusive tables. The opening for lunch is the perfect opportunity to discover the cuisine by Chef Rocco De Santis and its new autumn menu.
In addition to the à la carte menu and the 5, 7 and 9 course tasting menus, two new tasting menus are available only for lunch:
“History”: 3 courses for 89.00 euros per person, water and coffee included,
“Carte Blanche”: 3 courses at the Chef’s choice at 74 euros per person, water and coffee included.
The “History” tasting menu includes:

Parsley mayonnaise and Tomato sorbet

You can book a table at the restaurant for lunch with an “à la carte” menu or the tasting proposals directly online from our official website. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation but payment is made directly to the restaurant at the end of the lunch.
