The Panettone by Francesco De Padova,
a Christmas ritual of Santa Elisabetta.

The two-Michelin-starred Santa Elisabetta Restaurant presents its artisanal panettone, crafted by Pastry Chef Francesco De Padova. Using natural leavening, a living sourdough starter, flours from Molino Bongiovanni, premium butter, and acacia honey, the dough delivers a rich and balanced flavor.

 

Its signature ingredient is the semi-candied “Pellecchiella” apricot from Mount Vesuvius, complemented by vanilla, candied orange, and tonka bean.
