Santa Elisabetta Voucher

1. Issuance and Delivery
You will receive the voucher in PDF format by email within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Each voucher contains a unique code. No shipping costs apply.

2. Validity
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, it will no longer be valid or refundable.

3. Use and Booking
The voucher is valid for one person and is reserved for guests aged 18 and over. It can be used for lunch or dinner, from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding holidays. To use it, a reservation is required by contacting the booking office at +39 055 2737673 or by emailing info@ristorantesantaelisabetta.it and providing the voucher code.

4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of order confirmation, provided that the voucher has not yet been used or activated through a reservation. Once activated, the voucher is no longer refundable.

5. Non-refundable and Limitations
The voucher cannot be converted into cash, is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Each code can only be used once.

6. Liability
The restaurant is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen events beyond its control.
